Refund policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime to prevent further charges for future billing periods. To cancel simply do not fill out the refill questionnaire. However, due to the nature of the medication and service once an order has been approved by the doctor and sent to the pharmacy, any fee’s you have already paid cannot be refunded. For supplements: Unopened supplements in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Once supplements are opened, they cannot be returned or refunded.

For supplements: Returns are accepted for unopened supplements in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A return authorization must be obtained before sending any products back.
